He caught hold of a little net and dipped it into the water. He brought the little doll out.
But she slipped out and fell onto the table banging her head.
She began to cry. Up came a policeman doll and said fiercely, "What are you doing, catching the doll and making her bump her head like that?"
"I was saving her from drowning!" said Tuffy.

One day, a rich old lady stepped out of a cab, bought the beautiful necklace and left the glass box blank. The shopkeeper put some cheap crystal jewellery to fill in the emptiness of the box.

Last week I visited Murshidabad, a historical place in West Bengal, with my parents. We went there by train. Then we first went to Motijheel lake. We visited Jagat Seth's house, Kathgola Bagan, Imambara, and finally reached Hazarduari Palace. The marvelous palace, the weapons, the paintings all took me back to those old days. The entire tour left an everlasting impression on my heart. After two days we came back home. The tour was really fantastic.
9. Develop a story (in about 60 words) using the following outlines. Add a suitable to your story :
Outline: dog with piece of meat in mouth — crosses a river bridge — sees his shadow — thinks another dog, barks — meat falls into the river

The Dog and The Shadow
Once upon a time, a greedy dog was found with a piece of meat in his mouth. He had to cross a river on his way. He began to cross the river over the narrow bridge on the river. Suddenly he noticed another dog carrying a piece of meat in its mouth as he looked down into the river. Actually, it was his own image in the water but took it for another dog. The dog stopped on the bridge and looked down very carefully. He became more greedy to get the other piece of meat. So, he howled at the image. Instantly the piece of meat fell into the water. Alas! he failed to get it and lost his own meat also.
Moral: Grasp all, lose all
