Science in Daily Life
This is an age of science. We all enjoy the fruits of science. A modern man without science is a non-entity. He uses the gift of science every moment. Science provides him with things of daily use. He can't go without electricity, the milestone invention of science. He moves from one place to another with the help of vehicles. He reads books, newspapers, etc. All are the gift of science. T. V. and radio entertain him, computer lessens his manual work. Internet and fax transmit a communication in the swiftest time possible. Air-conditioner and refrigerator are ready to act for him in hot summer. Medical sciences with wonderful inventions try to lessen his pain in time of ailment. The scientific study helps him to judge everything in the light of argument. False beliefs no longer rule his life. He becomes free from dogmas. In fact, science makes his daily life easy-going and convenient. Science also makes him intellectually sound and strong. All this explains why a man of today is fond of the study of science.

এটা বিজ্ঞানের যুগ। আমরা সবাই বিজ্ঞানের ফল উপভোগ করি। বিজ্ঞান ছাড়া একজন আধুনিক মানুষ কোন অস্তিত্ব নাই। তিনি প্রতি মুহূর্তে বিজ্ঞানের উপহার ব্যবহার করেন। বিজ্ঞান তাকে নিত্য ব্যবহার্য জিনিস সরবরাহ করে। বিদ্যুৎ ছাড়া তিনি চলতে পারেন না, বিজ্ঞানের মাইলফলক আবিষ্কার। তিনি যানবাহনের সাহায্যে এক জায়গা থেকে অন্য জায়গায় যান। তিনি বই , সংবাদপত্র পড়েন ইত্যাদি সবই বিজ্ঞানের দান। টি.ভি. এবং রেডিও তাকে বিনোদন দেয়, কম্পিউটার তার হাতে কাজ কম করে। ইন্টারনেট এবং ফ্যাক্স দ্রুততম সময়ে যোগাযোগ প্রেরণ করে। এয়ার-কন্ডিশনার এবং রেফ্রিজারেটর তপ্ত গ্রীষ্মে তার জন্য কাজ করার জন্য প্রস্তুত। চিকিৎসা বিজ্ঞান বিস্ময়কর আবিষ্কারের সাথে অসুস্থতার সময় তার ব্যথা কমানোর চেষ্টা করে। বৈজ্ঞানিক অধ্যয়ন তাকে যুক্তির আলোকে সবকিছু বিচার করতে সাহায্য করে। মিথ্যা বিশ্বাস আর তার জীবন শাসন করে না। তিনি গোঁড়ামি থেকে মুক্ত হন। প্রকৃতপক্ষে, বিজ্ঞান তার দৈনন্দিন জীবনকে সহজ এবং সুবিধাজনক করে তোলে। বিজ্ঞান তাকে বৌদ্ধিকভাবে সুস্থ এবং শক্তিশালীও করে তোলে। এই সব ব্যাখ্যা করে কেন আজকের একজন মানুষ বিজ্ঞান অধ্যয়নের প্রতি অনুরাগী।
